The Princess Who Wouldn't Wear Pink, by Joe Link, follows Princess Rose, who is on the way to a ball to surprise her father. However, Princess Rose is not your stereotypical princess. She prefers to climb trees, wear overalls, play with tools, and read books. Princess Rose and her friends take the audience on a journey where she uses her passions and interests to help find her way to the Castle Effadore, and shares a message of the importance of being true to yourself, and to live life the way that is best for you.

“I've been acting and performing since I was very little. Children's theatre is so much fun and entertaining, not only for the kids in the audience, but also the performers on stage. Ever since my first Poppy show, I was hooked on children's theatre!”
