Sheryl Payton, is the e-learning manager and senior designer at Advancement Resources. Playtime Poppy has been part of her life for as long as she can remember. Her father, Bob Geuder, was the director at Jefferson, so Sheryl grew up watching Playtime Poppy productions. Sheryl performed in Playtime Poppy shows at Kennedy, took her children to see Poppy shows, they were in shows at Jefferson, and now Sheryl takes her grandchildren to experience Playtime Poppy productions.
“I’m always amazed to hear a someone say they have never experienced the magic of a live theatre production. I truly believe that the work Playtime Poppy Children’s Theatre does to engage, educate, and entertain our youth and families is one reason our community has such a strong performing arts culture. I’m happy to serve on the Board and support the mission of Playtime Poppy and her friends.”
